Price Update FAQ
Why has there been a price increase?
We are still experiencing fallout from the upheaval caused by COVID-19 over the past 18 months. Our price review reflects the skyrocketing global costs for inbound freight, materials and labour.
We always work hard to get the best price we can for our customers, without compromising on our commitment to creating timeless Olli Ella treasures that will last, in a way that is both ethical and sustainable. We know that’s important to you, too. Please know we will always carry as much of the cost as we can, and have the best interests of you, our beautiful global community, at heart.
Is your price adjustment across all products?
We've done our best to only increase prices where it’s absolutely necessary. There are a handful of treasures we have been able to keep the prices as they are now. Please contact our Customer Happiness Team if you have any queries and they will be able to talk you through any questions you have.
When will the price increase start?
The new prices are effective from 1 August 2021 CEST.. Please check the cut off times in your time zone if you want to place an order at current prices.
The item I wanted was out of stock, if it comes back in stock after the price increase, will you honour the original price?
Yes, of course! If you have your eye on a special something that is currently out of stock, please make sure you have signed up to be notified when it’s back in stock and have received a Back in Stock notification from us.
*This will only apply to products that were out of stock prior to the price increase on 1 August 2021 CEST, and to customers who have received a Back in Stock notification from us.
How does this work with Klarna? Will my repayments remain the same if I purchased before August 1?
Yes, absolutely! We want to keep this transition as smooth as possible for everyone. Anything you purchase prior to 1 August 2021 CEST will be at the current prices – and that includes any treasures that were purchased via Klarna.
I want to return my item for a different colour or size. Will you honour the initial price I paid if I purchased it for before August 1?
Yes! We hope you will love your online purchase, but if you do return your Olli Ella treasure for a different colour or size, we will honour the initial price, as long as you purchased your Olli Ella treasure prior to 1 August 2021 CEST and the product is still in stock.
