This factory holds ICTI certification a standard of ethical toy production, ensuing staff are paid fair wages, treated well and have comfortable, safe working environments. On top of having a strong focus on quality production. 

In tight collaboration we worked closely to shine the light on the environmental impacts of plastics to educate our factory further on minimising landfill. From here we developed the biodegradable Dinkum Doll Shoes, not having to move factories but adapting and working with us to implement these positive changes.  

Under the pillar of progress, we continue to work with this supplier and further educate them in sourcing and testing material which has a positive impact on the planet.
