All orders are being fulfilled as usual, our warehouses and factories are up and running.
Our warehouse team is working in split shifts to ensure operations are experiencing minimal disruption. In the event of exposure, the secondary team would take on the operational duties. Any team member experiencing symptoms will not be attending site and can perform their duties remotely, where possible.
Safety and hygiene is always our utmost priority.
We are continuing to launch new products - we know, now more than ever, the importance of bringing joy (and a welcome distraction) into your home.
Olli Ella's warehouse and staff are in full operation, however due to the increased demand in the UK’s delivery network there may be a 3-5 day delay in the delivery time of your order. For any delays or disruptions to your local area please check DHL Updates. Depending on your location and the size of your order, we may also ship with DPD or Royal Mail. Most of our factories are still open. Factories are taking this outbreak extremely seriously and employees are following government health and safety guidelines. The issue is constantly evolving, and we are monitoring any changes closely.
