European Account Manager
Olli Ella is looking for a Wholesale Account Manager, based in Rotterdam or Amsterdam, Netherlands, to join our global team and manage assigned wholesale accounts in Europe. Olli Ella is a growing kids & lifestyle brand which operates from three separate branches across the globe; Los Angeles, London and Byron Bay.

Managing relationships and sales performance of current accounts & growth of new retailer accounts in-line with agreed levels of retail partnership exclusivity.
Working to achieve sales targets through strategic depth focus in assigned European territories.
Ensure your allocated accounts are managed and serviced pro-actively.
Positively striving towards a 24-hour turnaround for all enquires and order processing
Communicate with your retailers on a regular basis to follow up on product, sales and service
Ensure our retailer partners know their value to the Olli Ella community by ensuring all correspondence is polite, professional and friendly
Ensure all customer touchpoints meet Olli Ella standard, this includes; emails, sales orders, phone manner and appointments
Use initiatives for deepening key retailer partnership relationships eg. Product launches, in-store promotion, online collaboration and first look range releases
Highly motivated results-driven individual
A proven track record in achieving and exceeding targets and business objectives
Excellent communication skills
Works well using your own initiative or a part of a team
English as an additional language
